? Do I need an account to use DivineME?
No. DivineME works without any login or account — just open the app and start creating. If you choose to sign in with Apple, you can keep your creations when you reinstall the app or switch to a new device.
? How do credits work?
Every photo or video you create uses credits. Your subscription refreshes your credits each week, and you can top up any time with a credit pack.
Your current balance is always shown at the top of the Home and Personal screens.
? What's included in the free trial?
New subscribers get 3 days free with 800 credits and full premium access to get started. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it continues as the plan you chose. You can cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
? How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel a subscription: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select DivineME. You can also use this link: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Canceling stops future renewals. Your premium access stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
? How do I restore a purchase?
Tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen or in the app's Settings. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
? A creation didn't finish — what happens to my credits?
If a creation fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. If you don't see them back within a few minutes, email support@divineme.app and we'll make it right.
? How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app's Settings and tap Delete Account. Your account enters a 30-day grace period and is then permanently removed, along with your creations.
If you signed in with Apple, you can reactivate within those 30 days by signing in again.
? How is my photo used?
The selfie you choose stays on your device. When you create, a temporary copy is sent securely to our AI provider to generate your image or video, and it's deleted right after. We don't keep your selfie on our servers.
